Returns Policy

We at No-Problem Africa strive to ensure that all of our clients are satisfied with our product(s). All our product(s) will be free of all defects at the time of shipping.

Should you not be entirely satisfied with the product(s) you have received, you may return the product(s) at your expense, to us within 14 (fourteen) days after date of delivery. No-Problem Africa will only cover the cost of returning the replaced product(s) back to the customer.

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, In the event that the product(s) is found to be faulty within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt thereof, it will be replaced if still in stock or your money will be re- funded within 8 days of the return. Please bear in mind that refunds can take 5 – 10 working days to reflect in your account.

We are entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted product is returned damaged, not in a re-saleable condition or missing any accessories.

You can return an unwanted product, provided:

  • it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached.
  • it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition.
  • it is not missing any accessories or parts;
  • The following products are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit:
    products marked as “Sale” items
  • intimates, lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits or underwear.
